Inspired by Mr Giacomo Galtarossa’s Galta Gelateria, a concept acquired by Commonwealth Capital in 2011, Gelatofix underwent 4 years of rigorous market research, product development & system development to transform itself into a contemporary, voguish Italian Dessert Café in 2015.
With star-studded casts of Gelato World Cup Champion, Mr Filippo Novelli, in the gelato recipe creation; Italy's Bake-off & Chocolate King, Mr Ernst Knam with his signature Knam white & dark chocolate range; renowned Italian F&B architect/design Mr Stefano Ricci for its store concept; & Luca Solari, President of Italian Coffee Roasters Association for coffee consultation, Gelatofix is a place to dream, chill, relax & unwind.
As an all-day part café, it offers awesome croissant & wholemeal sandwiches for lighter bites, All-Day-Breakfast comfort food, satisfying risotto & pasta, & a whole gamut of unforgettable gelato-infused desserts.
